From murals to sculptures, we love that there’s a lot of ways to appreciate art in Milwaukee’s great outdoors.

2. Black Cat Alley

BETWEEN NORTH AVE. & IVANHOE PL.

This work is by 24 global artists and gives fame to Milwaukee’s East Side. Supported by the East Side Business Improvement District, there are 21 murals adorning buildings in the alley behind the Oriental Theatre making it a must see now that Spring is here.

1. Mauricio Ramirez Murals

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Mauricio Ramirez’s new 54-foot high Giannis Antetokounmpo mural has been brightening up Wisconsin Avenue since he finished it earlier this week. You can check out this mural at 600 E. Wisconsin Ave. or check out his upcoming Selena Quintanilla mural, which will honor the iconic singer, songwriter, spokesperson, model, actress and fashion designer. He announced that it is set to be completed by the end of summer.
